Coosa River Adventures Looking for a different kind of water adventure? Head into Wetumpka and rent a kayak or canoe to experience the beautiful and lively shoals of the Coosa River as it flows through town. They offer guided trips and rentals.

Fishing on Jordan Lake You’re staying on one of the best fishing lakes in Alabama! Jordan Lake is famous for its large spotted bass population. The lake is also home to largemouth bass, striped bass, crappie, and bream. You can fish right from our dock or hire a local guide for a guaranteed great day on the water.

A true local institution. This is a classic meat-and-three style restaurant serving up delicious Southern comfort food with a Creole twist. The fried chicken is a must-try! Go early, as they get busy for lunch.
